Me at 31 Weeks Old!
From one week to the next, I keep changing and growing! I am getting better and better at crawling and prefer to have the opportunity to crawl than do anything else! When we go grocery shopping I now always sit in the cart and can hold myself up. I am taking in new views and really enjoy touching new things (especially faces). When I meet new people, I am friendly, but can easily get scared and start crying. In fact, if anyone speaks too harshly near me, I will break out into tears because it upsets me so!
This last week was full of play-dates! On Wednesday the 8th, my mom's former teacher friend Kristen, came over with her one year old son Ryan. I didn't really play with him because he's walking and was more interested in exploring the house than playing with little 'ole me.
Then on Thursday the 9th, my mom took me over to Ryan's house and I had a play-date with Ryan and his mom, and then mom's old track mate from Oak Grove, Laura, brought her baby MacKenzie (5 months) over and they played with us too! It was fun to be around Ryan and MacKenzie! Here are some pictures from that play-date:

Then on Friday (the 10th), I went to Mamma Mia's with mom and dad and we met Jen and her sister Rebecca for dinner! I was such a big boy-- I sat in the high chair all by myself! Then we went to Rita's for dessert!! :)
Saturday was my seven month birthday! Mom's friends Will and Adrianne came over for dinner and they got to play with me and then hang out for a while. Mom posted a blog about me on Sunday with some pictures.
Monday we had another play-date with a mom named Kristen also (not the same one as last week) and her baby Grace. Grace is only four days younger than me! I really liked being around another baby that was so close to my own age! Here are some fun pictures of me and Grace:

Today we were supposed to have another play-date but one baby is sick and then the daddy at the house we were supposed to visit is sick, so we decided to reschedule our date for after the holidays. So, mom and I met Wendy and the girls at McDonald's for lunch and then we went to Wal-Mart and mom got stuff for my stocking and daddy's! She keeps saying what a great Christmas we're all going to have! I can't wait!! Here are the pictures that mom took of me this morning:
