Me at 37 Weeks Old!
This last week was a fun one and I had a great time with Eloise and Foster on Wednesday, and then on Friday we went to the Bodies Revealed exhibit in Greensboro.
I am doing better with my eating and while I still prefer formula over anything, I have been enjoying vanilla yogurt and am delighted when I see it. I am also doing very well with the sippy cup and every time mom feeds me, she gives me the sippy and does the baby sign for water. I always chuckle when she does this... it's silly.
Here are some pictures of my playdate with Eloise (7 months) and Foster (3 months):
On Thursday, mom and I went to her friend Judy's house (she was mom's room mom last year at Oak Grove and she's the one that told mom about Christian Adoption Services). I had a great time at her house and hope to go back next week!!
Friday we went to Greensboro and I got to spend the day with Grace (she's only four days younger than me). I didn't understand anything that mom and Kristen looked at, but I had fun in the Ergo snuggled close to mom. Here are pictures from the museum:

This weekend I did running around with mom and dad and had fun doing that and mom took more pictures of me. She loves to take pictures of me for some strange reason!
I've been doing really well with my meals, and mom introduced teething cookies to me this weekend. I liked the one I had!! I've also been eating some of the same foods that mom and dad eat. I've enjoyed potatoes, chicken, ham, and baked beans! I figure if it's good enough for them to eat, I want some too!!
Here are more pictures from this last week:
Yesterday I got to see Wendy and the girls and had fun with them and then I saw them again today. I love spending the day with them because Kaitlyn and Ashley are my buddies! I love to play with them and can't wait until I can walk and run and really play!
Tomorrow we're going to the Holly Springs Police Station to see what it looks like and then mom and I have a lunch date with Kim and Jen so we can meet Jen's new boyfriend Matt! Mom is excited about this for some reason...
I'll be back again next week! I wonder what I'll be doing next Tuesday? Daddy turns 36 on Saturday and we're going out to dinner to celebrate and mom is making him a cake!!
See you next week!
:)
Gus

I'm so happy that you are enjoying your time as a baby. You seem well suited for the life you lead what with the running around and having so many friends; it just doesn't seem to tire you out at all. I'm sure you will be very happy when your Grandma and Granddad Walker come for a visit. Your Gram and Pap will be there soon but I really don't know when. I do know that they love you more than life itself and they miss you that much too so keep up with your blog and remember that you are loved my little love-it!
Love the blog! :) Gus is still such an adorable little guy. Hey, remember you are always welcome at our ladies' nights out if you ever get the energy to leave the house in the evening!
