Week 34 (January 4, 2011)

Me at 34 Weeks Old!

Does anyone else reading this think it's amazing that I'm 34 weeks old already?? Next Tuesday I'll be eight months old! CRAZY!!

It seems like it's been a lot longer than a week since I last posted! First things first, HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! We rang in 2011 in style with my best friends Kaitlyn and Ashley! We went to their house for pizza and then mom and dad watched Inception with Wendy and Ryan... mom kept trying to get me to fall asleep, but I was too excited! I ended up staying awake the whole night and was awake when we did the count down for 2011!! Then mom kissed me and held me tight and said she loved me and then daddy kissed me and then mom and dad kissed! It was great!

This last week has been such a great week for me and I've been developing more and more each day! My crawl is just about perfected... and I've decided that crawling is fun, but I'd rather walk! I've been trying to stand up on my own and mom has taken a few pictures of the different times... here are some pictures:

This one was when I was trying to stand and had all my weight on my knees and was grabbing the toy on my chair... I didn't fall over at all!

I like to chase after the ball that Aunt Christie and Uncle Scott bought me for Christmas... then once I get the ball, I like to try and stand up!



Not only am I trying to stand up, but I absolutely LOVE bathtime now! I never really liked it before, but now it's my favorite time of the day! Mom and dad got me some really fun toys to play with in the tub, and they are fun and all, but my favorite things to play with are my letters and numbers! Here are some pictures of me in the bath this last week:

I love this toy!! You can't tell, but I've got a letter in my mouth while I am playing!

Ahhh... me and mom post-bath! I love to snuggle with her after I get out of the tub!!
