Me at 76 Weeks Old!!

Yes friends, I am seventeen and a half weeks old today! This last week has been a lot of fun! I went to the NC State Fair, had a minor injury, and then something REALLY exciting happened today!!! Interested in hearing more??? READ ON!!!

Wednesday, 10/19/11-
Mom and I got up and went to Panera with Wendy and Ashley. It was a lot of fun! We also went to a place called Kid-to-Kid and mom got me a duck costume that I love! I also got a new vest because it'll get cold in Georgia, but not super cold. My vest should be perfect! I got a few other things there, and then we came back home and I took a nap. Daddy was in NYC and I missed him terribly. I sent him a video and blew him a kiss (the video is on my youtube page)!

Isn't my duck costume awesome??

Thursday, 10/20/11-
We went to McDonald's for lunch with Wendy and Ashley and then headed back to Wendy's to play for a little bit. I was super excited for daddy to come home!!

Friday, 10/21/11-
Mom and I went to the NC State Fair with Kristen and Grace! We were gone all morning and I had so much fun! My favorite part was seeing (and touching) the animals!
Breakfast before heading to the fair

A camel tried to kiss me!!

I wanted to climb in with the animals at the petting zoo!

We didn't go anywhere or do anything... but I wore my duck costume for most of the day!!

Sunday, 10/23/11-
Mom had a photo shoot to do and I stayed home with daddy and we watched football all day. It was so wonderful!!
I love my Mega Blocks! I like building things!

I took mom's wallet!

She said, "Thank you" when I gave her back her wallet, so I showed her the sign

Am I the cutest little cowboy or what???

Mom made a delicious dinner... Frito bake!!!

Monday, 10/24/11-
So this was yesterday... it was a pretty good day, but I fell. I was standing on the chair in the kitchen (mom and dad tell me to sit, but I wanted to stand) and then the chair tipped over and I smacked my face into the chair and got a bloody nose. It really scared mom, but daddy got the bleeding to stop and then I got lots of snuggles. It wasn't too bad.  :)

Mom and I played with my Matchbox cars. I think they're so fun!! Mom got me some from eBay and I love playing cars with her.
Wearing daddy's bowl as a hat!

Wearing my zombie shirt

Playing cars with mom... she and I make a bunch of car noises while we play

Tuesday, 10/25/11-
That's today! We got up and then I had The Little Gym today! It was "wear your costume" day and guess what? I was the only one there wearing a costume!! Lots of kids had on Halloween shirts, but I was the only one wearing a full costume. The kids in the class before mine (ages 10 months-19 months) swarmed me and were saying, "ELMO!!!" when they saw me in my costume. I got lots of attention in my costume!!
One of the boys that liked to see me as Elmo

A baby that came over to see me

Playing in the gym as Elmo Gus

I got hot, so mom took my costume off while I played

I did a great job of hanging from the bars today!

Getting ready to walk across the high double beam!

AWESOME!!!

After TLG, we went to Wal-Mart to do our grocery shopping and mom put my costume back on me. She figured the people shopping could use a smile.  :-)  One lady came over to mom and said, "I had to double check... at first I thought you were a crazy lady shopping with a giant stuffed Elmo doll!! Glad to see it's a baby!!"

Guess what mom bought for me today??? A potty!!! I'm not ready for potty training, but mom read that around 17-19 months is the perfect time to introduce the potty and to get me comfortable on it. I like to go and sit on it when mom and daddy are using their big potty. Every time I had a diaper change, I got to sit on my little potty!!
I can flush this one and it plays a song when there's pee-pee in the potty!

Sitting on the potty like a big boy!

Checking it out...

Flushing it!

Back on it again!

With mom there to help me

See you next week!!
