Me at 30 Weeks Old
This is my last week of being six months old... I turn seven months on Saturday! Where has the time gone? So much is changing for me each day! I've really started to perfect crawling and I love to flip myself over as soon as I am on my back. This means that when mom or dad changes me, I immediately like to flip myself. Whenever mom or dad changes my clothes, I like to make it really fun for them by flipping myself over! I'm such a great helper!
On Saturday I got to experience my very first snow!! I wasn't that impressed by it, but it was definitely cold! We were shopping at Home Depot and mom took me outside so I could experience the snow!
On Saturday I also sat in the grocery cart for the first time! I usually sit in my carseat and don't get to experience how much there is to see at the store, but this time I did and I loved it!!
Today I went to get my first professional pictures taken. Mom put me in my "First Christmas- JOLLY" outfit and when we got there for pictures, we were told that it'd be about a thirty minute wait. I was okay with the wait because I had just fallen asleep. We ended waiting more than an hour... but, I slept the whole time and when I woke up for pictures, I was soooooo happy and smiley!! Mom had a coupon for $7.99 for a package of 30 pictures of one pose. Well, the lady took a TON of poses of me because I was such a great subject!
Mom ended up buying the $7.99 paclage and then two other pictures... they are super cute and she only spent $30 on pictures. Not too bad... and she can go online (so can you) and order more if she wants. Click here if you want to check out my photo session.
My sleep this week has been incredible! I've been getting at least eleven hours of uninterrupted sleep this week! It's made mom and dad so happy!
Here are some of mom's favorite pictures from this last week:
My handprint on my first Thanksgiving
My footprint on my first Thanksgiving
I'm trying to hold my own bottle and I'm getting better and better at it!
I'll post again on Saturday with pictures of me in my seven month onesie!
:)
Gus
