Me at 20 Weeks!

I am 20 weeks old today!! This last week has been a great week for me! I started eating solid foods last week (my pediatrician told my parents that I was ready) and I ate sweet potatoes from last Tuesday until this Sunday and I didn't have any reactions (which is a good thing). So yesterday my mom fed me sweet peas. I wasn't sure about them at first, but after just a little I realized that I like them even better than sweet potatoes!!

Not sure how I liked them at first...

Yummm not so bad!

I think my finger tastes pretty good too!

I'm getting the hang of this spoon thing... but I still like my finger in my mouth!

What do you mean there's no more???

So besides trying a new food this week, nothing else really happened. It was a quiet weekend and an overall quiet week. I have been sleeping around 10 hours each night still (which makes my parents so happy), and while I'm teething, I'm not too fussy.

This week my mom has been using my Pap's camera and captured more great pictures of me. Here are some of her favorites from this week:

This week my mom and dad tried the exersaucer for the first time and I loved it! I am finally tall enough to stand up on my own. I still need towels/blankets put around me to keep me balanced, but I like seeing new things and the exersaucer has a lot of fun gadgets on there for me to play with!

This past Sunday the Bengals played the Panthers here in NC, so the game was on tv. I watched the game with daddy and was super excited when the Bengals won! Mom took some pictures of us with our Bengals jerseys on!

Well... that's it for this week. Mom's birthday is on Saturday (she'll be 34) and we're going to Outback Steakhouse for dinner and hopefully Auntie Jen will join us! I haven't seen her in months! The weather is finally cooling off so mom is eager to take me on walks each day!

Here's to the end of September and a wonderful October!
Gus
