Week 23 (October 19th, 2010)

Me at 23 Weeks!

What a fun week I had!! On Wednesday, mom and I went to a pumpkin painting event with the MOMS Club. We went with Wendy and the girls and we had so much fun! Daddy was still in Indianapolis for the week, so it was a nice way to spend the day. Here are some pictures of us at the event:

On Thursday, mom and I went to Montague Lake for a baby shower for me that mom's fourth graders from last year threw for us! It was so fun! I got to meet a lot of mom's former students and their wonderful parents. They bought me a TON of board books, some clothes, some froggy stuff, and then some frog towels... it was so nice!! Here are a few pictures from the shower:

Friday night daddy FINALLY came home!! It was so great to see him. Mom told him all about my first night sleeping without being swaddled. Even though I slept well for mom, they decided to keep swaddling me for a while. It's okay, I feel warm and comfy when I'm swaddled, so I can't complain too much about it.

This week I have been back on track with sleeping through the night- which makes mom and dad VERY happy.  :)

On Saturday we watched the University of Michigan game (they lost) and while the game was on, mom took some pictures of me with her new camera. Here are a few of her favorites:

So then on Saturday night we went to dinner at LongHorn Steakhouse for Sweetest Day. My parents love each other so much!!

This week we're supposed to go to the zoo! We were supposed to go today, but Wendy wasn't able to go, so maybe we'll go Thursday or sometime next week.

It's getting closer to Halloween and my second costume came in the mail this last week. I'm going to be a frog and a bumblebee! Mom can't wait to put the costumes on me and take a ton of pictures!!! :)
